Victor met us when we came down for a weekend and showed us the whole area of communities where homes are allowed to be rented out to tourists — what we wanted. He told us the pros and cons of each community as we went around.
He also showed us homes he himself owns for rental to the tourist market and explained the process of using management companies vs. trying to market it ourselves. We went home with tons of information and felt that he was being incredibly straight forward and honest with us.
After we got home, Victor didn’t forget about us. He continued to search out great deals and properties that we might like. Ultimately Victor called to tell us about a house, fully furnished, that looked great and was priced to go quickly. He was our eyes as he went through taking pictures to show us the stuff we wouldn’t see in the listing. We told him to make a lower offer. Victor negotiated strongly on our behalf and the offer was accepted. We closed without returning to see the place.
We were finally able to go down to Florida about 3 weeks after we closed and were delighted with the house. It was exactly what we were looking for and exactly as Victor represented it to us.
I would recommend Victor Nawrocki to anyone seeking a place in the large geographic area around Disney World. He really knows his stuff and works tirelessly for his customers.

We came from NH to stay in Florida for 2 months with my brother and his girlfriend. Victor had been sending us information on houses for a year now because my brother and his girlfriend had intentions to buy. Victor was very attentive as to the criteria they were looking for in a home. He took us around to various places. Because none of us were familiar with the area, Victor informed us of places that were a good area and places to stay away from. After they found a home they liked, Victor kept in touch constantly to let us know what was going on. He was extremely helpful. He went above and beyond to do some legwork that he did not need to do.
My husband and I were also interested in buying a home. Victor took us around and with some long hard look at what we could and could not do, decided that it was not good timing for us. We felt bad that we had wasted his time. Victor did not look at it this way. He felt that looking around at different houses was not a waste of time but rather it gave us an idea of what we would want. He will continue to email houses that are available and when we return next January we will be buying a home in Florida. I cannot think of going with any other realtor. Victor is honest, helpful, and very concerened about his clients and the homes that they buy. The four of us feel very fortunate to have met Victor Nawrocki and feel we have a new friend in Florida.
